Set in 240 acres of lush grazing with bridleways stretching for miles into the Cheshire countryside, New House Farm Livery is a modern facility designed to accommodate all types of horses and owners. New House Farm Livery Yard is a thriving equestrian business, which boasts superb facilities.
These include a newly built stable block which houses thirty-two horses, four tack and feed rooms, solarium and hot shower facilities.
For the comfort of the liveries there is a self contained and heated rest area with TV, microwave, hot and cold drink and snack bar machines.
For schooling, exercising and jumping practice there is a professionally built 40m x 40m outdoor area. In addition there is a 20m x 40m arena which can be booked exclusively for lessons. Also a horse walker is installed for exercise and recuperation needs.
A comprehensive full livery service is offered with the highest standard in horse care and stable management. A choice of bedding is available and the use of hay or haylage dependent on personal preferences. Stables are mucked out in the morning and are regularly skipped out throughout the day.
All year turnout can be arranged with daily basic grooming. DIY and Part Livery is also available.
